Appalachian Mountain Club's International Dinner and Adventure Series | January-March 2026
Held Wednesday evenings at the Pinkham Notch Visitor Center in New Hampshire, the event features a four-course dinner inspired by a different country each week, lectures about international travel and adventure.

Annual Charlestown Seafood Festival (August 7-9, 2026)
This gastronomic extravaganza features the best of Rhode Island seafood, foods for every taste, corn on the cob, a raw bar. There will be arts and crafts displays, a car show, kayaking, raffles, and more fun activities to participate in.  
 
The three-hour ride will feature six appetizers, and six 3-ounce pairings of wine from Cape Cod Winery; beer will be available for non-wine drinkers. A wine educator will be onboard. Food pairings with local ingredients.
 
Wells Chili-Fest - Maine (August 27, 2026)
Festival will feature cook-offs in various categories. All winners of the Wells Chili-Fest ICS sanctioned cookoffs will qualify for the World Championship Chili Cook-off. You must be a member of the ICS (International Chili Society) to participate in this competition.
 
Rhode Island Seafood Festival (September 12 & 13, 2026)
Venue: Indian Point Park, Providence, Rhode Island
The Ocean State's premier event will feature the best local purveyors of seafood and other fine fare, as well as beer, wine and spirits from local producers. 
 
Rhode Island Calamari Festival (September 19, 2026)
Make your way to Narragansett and celebrate the "Official State Appetizer" with tastings, vote for your favorite calamari offerings from local restaurants. The festivities also include food trucks, shopping, kids activities, and music.  
 
Honoring the “Harvest of the Sea,” the Bowen’s Wharf Seafood Festival in Downtown Newport, RI, offers fresh, local seafood —Fish tacos, lobster rolls, stuffies, chowder, fried calamari, clams, oysters, signature cocktails and cold beer accompany continuous live music, and family fun.
 
Celebrate Wellfleet's shellfishing tradtions; enjoy the town's famous oysters, clams, beer and wine gardens, live music, culinary demonstrations and lectures, kid-friendly activities and more.
