Friends of James Beard Dinner Weekend at Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod

Chatham Bars Inn, a luxury 5-Star hotel on Cape Cod, will host a Friends of James Beard Dinner, themed to “A Night in New England," with guest Chef Ed Cotton and Chef Michael Scelfo, a James Beard Award Nominee, as well as Chatham Bars Inn’s Executive Chef Andrew Chadwick and Executive Pastry Chef Brennan Froeschner.

Welcome cocktail and hors d’ouevres will be followed by a four-course dinner.

Guest Chef Series at Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod

Experience a farm-to-table family style dinner each week this summer at Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod 

• Seasonal produce from the Inn's farm and fresh seafood from the Cape.

• Outdoor dining for 60 guests, beginning with a champagne toast at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m.

• Next day, each chef will demonstrate a recipe at The Chef's Table (seating for 20 guests).
